About Master Coach Submissions

Scroll down to find the exams for the 3 modules. If you are upgrading from Mind Calm Coach to Master Coach, you are not required to re-submit the Mind Calm module exam and case studies. With regards to your case studies, the practical element of this training is vitally important. You must show that you are able to share the main theory of the different methods in a clear and concise way, be able teach others how to meditate and show you can use the 3 Step Calm Cure techniques with others in a safe and effective way.

As a quick summary, here's what's required when it comes to your case studies:

  • MIND CALM - 5 case study summaries with 3 different people

  • CALM CURE - 5 case study summaries with 5 different people

  • BODY CALM - 5 case study summaries with 3 different people

Case study summaries should be kept to 1-2 concise paragraphs of up to 500 words each. For each of the case studies, you should take your 'client' through all relevant talks - including teaching them how to meditate. This may take 1-3 sessions per person. Please contact your mentor if you have any questions. Enjoy!

Mind Calm Exam

We highly recommend you use a word document to record your answers and then copy and paste them into the form below.

Mind Calm Case Studies

Your 3 Mind Calm Case Studies should cover the following:

1. Confirm that you covered all of the talks with your 'client' and list any of the talks that you did not cover and why.

2. The challenging life issue(s) that the 'client' is dealing with, what their hearts highest hope is and how they benefited from learning Mind Calm.

3. The personal story (or stories) and/or example(s) you shared when delivering the Mind Calm talks.

4. The question(s) you were asked during the Mind Calm talk and the responses you offered the client.

5. The Mind Calm talk(s) that you found difficult to deliver and why and anything else you found challenging (if relevant).

6. The main learning(s) you took from doing the case study and what you will do differently next time.

7. Although you won't cover the Mind Calm Games with all of your clients, please let us know if you did share any of the Mind Calm Games and why.

Calm Cure Exam

We highly recommend you use a word document to record your answers and then copy and paste them into the form below.

Calm Cure Case Studies

The key with the Calm Cure technique is practice. This helps you get familiar with the scripts and learn how it works in the 'real world'.  Please do 10 co-coaching practice sessions with your fellow course students and then meet with your Coach Trainer before working with anyone that does not know the technique. If you both agree you are ready, your 5 Calm Cure Case Studies - with 'real people' - should cover the following:

  1. The presenting problem you worked on with your case study client?

  2. The root-cause conflict.

  3. How the client scored during their first 'Calm Coexisting'.

  4. If you used Calm Past or Calm Future, what learnings did you install?

  5. What you found challenging about the session and what you would do differently next time.

  6. The end result - did your client score 10/10 willingness to experience the conflict and 'peace with' condition/problem?

For 5 of your case studies, we would also like you to follow-up and see how your client got on after the session. Enjoy!
