 Mind Calm Master Coach

Welcome!

Master Coach is our most comprehensive course that teaches you everything you need to master and share the Mind Calm, Body Calm, and Calm Cure methods - all so you can experience and teach the enlightening benefits of experiencing inner stillness and ‘peace with life’.

The ‘home study’ course consists of training videos by Sandy Newbigging. You will also gain access to monthly live Supervision Session webinars with Sandy, anytime email support throughout by your dedicated mentor, along with our co-coaching network to practise what you learn with other students.

To graduate as a Mind Calm Master Coach you will receive 8 ‘assessment meetings’ with your dedicated mentor, do 3 online exams and submit case studies.

For the biggest personal benefits and to be the best professional Master Coach, it is recommended that you actively apply the principles and practices shared throughout this course. You will be assessed on both your knowledge of the course materials AND your ability to engage present moment awareness - anytime.


Study Summary:

This intensive training involves the following:

MIND CALM

1 - Theory: Watch the Level 1 & 2 Mind Calm modules.

2 - Practical: Teach the 15 Mind Calm ‘Talks’.

3 - Submissions: Mind Calm Exam & 5 Case Studies.

CALM CURE

4 - Theory: Watch the Level 1 & 2 Calm Cure modules.

5 - Practical: Be able to use the 3-Step Method

6 - Submissions: Calm Cure Exam & 5 Case Studies.

BODY CALM

7 - Theory: Watch the Level 1 & 2 Body Calm modules.

8 - Practical: Teach the 6 Body Calm Modules & coach with the Embodying Exercise & Directories.

9 - Submissions: Body Calm Exam & 5 Case Studies.

If you have questions during this course please direct them to your dedicated mentor or to Sandy during the monthly Supervision Sessions.

Mind Calm Intro:

Mind Calm is based upon our pioneering ‘peace with mind’ philosophy. When meditating with Mind Calm you do NOT have to stop your thoughts, change your emotions or perfect your life before you can enjoy serenity and success.

Mind Calm cultivates positive states of being, including peace, clarity and presence and proves the secret to success is stillness. While also helping you to perform at your best, sleep better, enhance intuition and creativity, and connect with others.  

The Mind Calm meditation method consists of 3 steps and includes engaging ‘present moment awareness’ and occasionally thinking of a series of 10 Mind Calm Thoughts. It works by helping you to change your relationship with your mind while cultivating the habit of being consciously aware of the present moment during daily life.

Different from mindfulness because it is awareness-based (not mind-based), if you want to stop your mind from working overtime, worry less, feel better and get more done with less stress, then Mind Calm is the modern-day meditation technique that you've been looking for!


Home Study Guide:

This training requires you to do all of the following:

1 - Watch the Level 1 Mind Calm training modules.

2 - Mentor Meeting 1: Connect and learn about what’s required to graduate as a Mind Calm Master Coach.

3 - Watch Level 2 Coach training modules 1-10.

4 - 5 x Co-Coaching Sessions - Practice talks 1-10.

5 - Mentor Meeting 2 : Deliver any two of the first 10 ‘background theory’ module talks. Mentor will decide during the meeting which two talks you deliver. Please revise talks 1-10 and be ready to share any.

6 - Watch Level 2 Coach training modules 11-15.

7 - 5 x Co-Coaching Sessions - Practice talks 11-15.

8 - Answer and submit the Mind Calm Coach exam.

9 - Mentor Meeting 3 : Teach your mentor how to meditate. They will also ask you to teach any two of the Mind Calm Games.

10 - Complete and submit 5 case studies.

NOTES: You can do more co-coaching sessions, if possible.

Calm Cure Intro:

Calm Cure is a method aimed at calming unconscious conflicts. Conflict creates dis-ease within the body and causes you to create the same old life problems over and over again. Being in conflict within yourself and with life creates disharmony and distress. As long as you are engaged in a habitual fight with life you will find the inner harmony you need for health and happiness will elude you. 

Calm Cure can be used to rise above resistances and appease attachments and in doing so calm the hidden conflicts causing physical condition, emotional issues and persistent life problems. Using the Calm Cure to clear conflict from your life empowers you with the ability to wake up to wellness, feel free, and enjoy a truly successful life, one that you love.


Home Study Guide:

This training requires you to do all of the following:

1 - Watch the Level 1 and 2 Calm Cure training modules.

2 - Learn the 3 step Calm Cure script.

4 - Mentor Meeting 1 : During this meeting you will give and receive a Calm Cure session.

5 - 5 x Co-Coaching Sessions - Practice the 3 Step Script.

6 - Answer and submit the Calm Cure Coach exam.

7 - Mentor Meeting 2 : During this meeting you will discuss your exam and co-coaching sessions, receive guidance/ feedback, and give a Calm Cure session.

8 - Complete and submit 5 case studies.

NOTES: You can do more co-coaching sessions, if possible.

Body Calm Intro:

Body Calm is the powerful meditation technique that helps your body heal and stay healthy. It harnesses the power of the mind-body connection to give you the rest you need to recover. Body Calm consists of 3 steps and includes the occasional thinking of a series of 10 Body Calm Thoughts that provide the belief system necessary for optimum health.

Using the scientifically proven mind-body connection, it has been specially developed to give your body the rest it needs to recover and bring about greater harmony in your mind, body, soul and life circumstances. Perfect for people who know stress is impacting their body and want to adopt an integrated self-healing approach or those wishing to stay healthy and get the best from their body, for life. It is the technique that your body has been waiting for. 

Body Calm shows you that you really do have the power to enjoy a calmer mind and a condition-free body - and that achieving it can be so much easier than you may think. 


Home Study Guide:

This training requires you to do all of the following:

1 - Watch the Level 1 Body Calm training modules.

2 - Watch Level 2 Coach training modules 1-8.

3 - Co-Coaching Sessions - Practice talks 1-5.

4 - Mentor Meeting 1 : Deliver Modules 1 and 2 covering the Body Calm Philosophy. You will be asked questions about modules 3-5.

5 - Co-Coaching Sessions - Practice talk 6.

6 - Mentor Meeting 2 : Deliver Modules 6 covering the ‘Common Causes of Bad Health’. You will be asked questions about the Quick Start Cures.

7 - Co-Coaching Sessions - Practice modules 7-8.

8 - Answer and submit the Mind Calm Coach exam.

9 - Mentor Meeting 3 : Give and receive an Embodying Exercise and demonstrate your understanding of how to coach using the Directories.

10 - Complete and submit 5 case studies.

PLEASE NOTE: 3 of the 5 Case Studies should demonstrate your ability to combine Mind Calm, Calm Cure and Body Calm - depending on the needs of the client.
