DAILY MEDITATION PRACTICE

For the best results, aim to do two Meditation Sittings every day. These can be any time that works for you. Mind Calm and Body Calm meditations are downloadable HERE so you can use them anytime, anywhere. To meditate at the same time as other members, we have one group sitting everyday at 8pm (UK-time). When the countdown hits zero, close your eyes and do a Mind Calm or Body Calm Meditation Sitting.
