In this video I talk about how life is happening right now. We've heard it's important to live in the present moment. But here's the thing - there is no such thing as a present moment thought. All thinking is about the past or future. The mind is a thinking abouttool. It thinks about life, but does not directly experience life. As long as you are thinking, you are missing the moment. Meditation brings your attention back to the present moment reality and in doing so, meditation has the power and potential to brings you back to life.
