It can be easy to get busy, start missing your meditation sittings and before you know it you've accidentally quit. So Calm Gatherings are an opportunity for you to keep on track, gain momentum, get timely reminders of the main theory behind the practice and receive on-going guidance on how to get the best from your Mind Calm practice.
Calm Gatherings are regular meetings (usually every couple weeks or monthly). There's more info about them below and a list of the current gatherings happening.

Price: Free to £15 (depending on venue costs)
The Mind Calm Coaches view these Gatherings more as a service to their community than a way of making money so aim to keep the price as low as possible.
