My Motivation to Meditate
I started meditating because i wanted to experience more peace, joy and happiness in my life. I had always been searching for something but no matter how many self development books i read or courses i attended, i always felt like i wasn't quite there yet. Until i learned to meditate and discovered that the peace, joy and happiness i'd been looking for was already within me, and meditation is the tool that re-connects me to that.
Why I love Mind Calm
Mind Calm says what it does on the tin, it is simple, fun and easy to learn. Apart from the obvious benefits of feeling calmer and less stressed, my days seem to flow with ease and life seems to be more effortless. I also love the fact that you can even use it with you eyes open, it is perfect for a modern world and a busy lifestyle!
